Design Manager
Job details
We are currently representing a Top 10 Main Contractor who are seeking to recruit a Design Manager to be based at their regional office in Stevenage, Hertfordshire. They are currently one of the biggest multi-disciplinary construction companies in the United Kingdom.
Reporting into the Design Director, you will be required to manage the design aspects of tenders and projects in progress. You will also manage design process to develop the design with all contract requirements and in the most cost-effective way. Coordination and management of all Design related information to deliver the project on time within budget and to meet the client’s requirements.
My client undertakes general contracting projects throughout several sectors including residential, commercial, mixed-use, government buildings and education projects, incorporating framework projects from the value of £10 million to £100 million per project.
