Package Manager
Job details
We are working with one of the UK's leading High End Residential Fit Out and Joinery Companies with a fantastic reputation for their work with luxury hotels, prime residential, commercial and marine. They are seeking to recruit a Package Manager to be based on Project in Central London.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective delivery of Joinery packages on site and must ensure project completion on time, to specification and within budget.
Principal duties will include:
- Management of the end-to-end Joinery packages on site.
- To be responsible for the day-to-day management of the relevant subcontractor.
- Present the progress onsite to leadership. Report to Project Manager and liaise with other key members of the team such as QS/Design/Planning ensuring work is carried out in line with quality standards.
- To work collaboratively with the internal site and teams, along with external contacts.
- To report and record progress program plans and deadlines.
- Chair regular meetings on site with subcontractors, ensuring accurate delivery.
- Manage, and report on all subcontract/supplier activities.
- Supply chain management, build & develop relationships and manage suppliers

My client have won a Super Prime 6* hotel fit out which they have secured a £100m package on across 133 bedrooms near Mayfair.
