A MEP Contractor is seeking a commercial director to lead a major project on the outskirts of london.
We are looking for a gold standard candidate to lead, develop and champion the setup of this division successfully from a commercial stand point.
The Role
This involves leadership, strategic decision-making, business development, and a constant focus on delivering quality results while maintaining profitability.
You will responsible for leading the financial, contractual, and commercial aspects of large-scale data centre projects across the UK. This includes managing costs, negotiating contracts, identifying and mitigating risks, supporting tendering efforts, ensuring compliance, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. The role requires a deep understanding of both commercial management and the unique demands of the sector.
