The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Project Director to lead a £120 million industrial development project based in the Midlands. This is a significant and exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to oversee the successful delivery of a large-scale industrial scheme, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
- Lead and manage all aspects of the project, from pre-construction through to completion.
- Coordinate with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, consultants, and local authorities.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Oversee the procurement process and manage contracts effectively.
- Lead and mentor the project team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Provide regular updates to senior management and clients on progress, risks, and key milestones.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Director, with a successful track record in delivering large-scale industrial or commercial developments.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, including risk management, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
