Quantity Surveyor

I am currently representing a Top Maintenance company who are seeking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor, to be office based in Hertford, Hertfordshire. My client has grown steadily to become an established part of both the residential and commercial construction sector covering London and surrounding counties. They provide national coverage for one off contracts working alongside some of the largest national construction companies providing the complete cleaning service.

The Position

Necessary Experience: understanding contracts, payment terms, payment applications, cost reporting, have the ability to read the scope of works, pricing and monitoring variations, understand drawings and tendering experience.
