Quantity Surveyor
Job details
I am currently representing a Tier 1 Main Contractor who are seeking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to be based from their office in Canterbury. My client has secured a number of new schemes which are beginning over the next few months with key wins across the Healthcare, Education, Mixed Use and Commercial Sectors. These are a mixture of both private and framework secured projects with values between £5m and £400m.
My client will discuss several schemes at interview but will essentially be looking for you to act as Number 2 to a Senior QS on a large project or potentially run your own scheme up to circa £5m.
My client can offer strong workloads throughout the region and have an established Southern Home Counties arm which has a key focus on Kent and They can offer excellent continued professional development opportunities with a stable company,
