We are currently representing an Independent local Construction & Development company with a unique opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join the team. Specialist residential builder since 2010, building homes for all types of tenure, affordable, private sale, private rent, retirement living plus halfway homes for those in short term need. Schemes come in all shapes and sizes from one off luxury executive homes to complex regeneration of brownfield sites and mixed-use schemes.
