Our client is a major player in Data Centre, Industrial, Pharma sectors both in the UK and internationally.
I am looking for a big hitting Senior Commercial Manager to lead a 350m euro project in Frankfurt, Germany
The Role
Your focus spans both overseeing successful project delivery.. This involves leadership, strategic decision-making, business development, and a constant focus on delivering quality results while maintaining profitability.
You will responsible for leading the financial, contractual, and commercial aspects of large-scale data centre project. This includes managing costs, negotiating contracts, identifying and mitigating risks, supporting tendering efforts, ensuring compliance, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. The role requires a deep understanding of both commercial management and the unique demands of the project.
