Senior Project Manager
Job details
The scheme will comprise of 2no industrial units, steel frame construction with associated external works.
As the Project lead you will manage a full site team, be client facing and ensure design, quality and budget targets are met whilst ensuring H&S policies are adhered to. You will manage a site team including a Senior Site Manager, Site Manager x 2, Senior Engineer and Site Engineer.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering large, complex schemes with values over £15m. Ideally you will have Industrial experience but similar types of projects e.g Retail, Commercial, Manufacturing projects will be considered.
