Senior Quantity Surveyor
We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage multiple projects within hours commute of Bristol, these consist of Industrial, Logistics and motor Retail between £10m-£25m. You will be responsible to commercially lead this project from inception through to completion, responsible for cash management, by minimising cost and maximising value through proactive analysis and facilitation of works packages and the building process to maximise profitability for the business. Produce and issue accurate and timely CVCs ensuring preliminary and material costs/forecasts are managed.

- Bristol - £15m Industrial warehouse
- Swindon - £10m Motor Retail Cut and Carve
- Evesham - £12m Industrial warehouse
Typical project example
150,000 Sq Ft single storey warehouse/production unit together with two storey offices with a ground floor reception. site works are to include hardstanding’s for service yard and HGV Parking, car parking, plot road, landscaping and drainage, the warehouse building consists of a structural steel multi span portal frame having a clear height to the underside of haunch of 12m and alternate valley columns, internal concrete floor slab. Internal lighting and heating to warehouse, 10 Dock leveller doors, 2 level access doors, Security gatehouse with raising barrier.
