Senior Site Engineer
Job details
Our client is a large main contractor who work within Industrial, Logistics, Commercial and Retail with project values up to £40m. My client are going through a significant period of growth and are looking to add a strong senior site engineer to their team.
The Role
My client is looking for a capable and highly driven Senior Engineer to work on a £15m New Build Industrial Scheme consisting of 2no Industrial Units. As part of the project there will be an extensive groundworks package, car parking, landscaping, external yard and 278 works.
Key Duties
- Setting Out / Surveying
- Value Engineering
- As Builts
- Material Take Offs
- Input into planning including short term maps
- Health and Safety
- Management of Sub Contractors
- Quality Assurance
Requirements
- Familiar with latest Leica Robotic Equipment
- AutoCAD - Strong experience
- CAT and Genny Cert - Desirable
