I am currently recruiting for a Senior Site Manager to join a vibrant team at an established Main Contractor with a turnover approaching £500 million who specialise in fast-track Design and Build projects, They are steel frame specialist and a majority of what they build is either new build Retail Parks or logistics/industrial warehouses within the E-Commerce sector, this particular sector is the biggest growth sector within the UK in Construction.
The Project £30m Industrial Warehouse
We are looking for a Senior Site Manager to manage this scheme from inception to completion. Construction of a 350,000 Sq Ft single storey warehouse/production unit together with two storey offices with a ground floor reception area including lifts and a ground floor secondary staircase area. External site works are to include hardstanding’s for service yard and HGV Parking, car parking, plot road, landscaping and drainage, the warehouse building consists of a structural steel multi span portal frame having a clear height to the underside of haunch of 12m and alternate valley columns, internal concrete floor slab. Internal lighting and heating to warehouse, 20 Dock leveller doors, 2 level access doors, Security gatehouse with raising barrier.

- 350 sqft Warehouse + office Fit out 1 unit split into 2
- Access road is in site is level so pretty straight forward build process
- 2nd Phase of the development to come so 1.5 years’ worth of work would suit someone local ideally
