Senior Site Manager
Job details
Invision Recruitment are looking for a Senior Site Manager for a large main contractor to oversee a £75m scheme in Greenwich which will be a vital section of works on the modernisation of a major entertainment venue.
Works will include an undercroft car parking facility, new build construction of retail units inside existing listed building with brick archway façade and public realm works.
You will report into the Senior Project Manager and be responsible for overseeing a site team including Site Manager x 2, Assistant Site Manager x 2 and galvanise other departments to ensure satisfactory delivery. The ideal candidate will have a Tier 1 Background and a proven track record in delivering large, complex schemes within the London Market.
