Senior Site Manager
Job details
My Client is a Top Main Contractor who work primarily across commercial, industrial and retail sectors with project values up to £50m. They are seeking a Senior Site Manager to work on a Data Centre Scheme in Hayes, West London.
The Role & Project
Prior to the commencement of a £45m Data Centre Base Build, my client will be responsible for a £2.5m enabling works package.
- There is a live data centre facility next door so works are being carried out in a very tight location where sensitivity and the highest standards of H&S will need to be maintained.
- As the Senior Site Manager, you will be leading the project day to day, be client facing and be comfortable with all aspects of site management.
- A strong Senior Construction Manager or Construction Manager would be able to undertake this role as long as the above can be demonstrated.
- Experience of working in a live environment as a Senior Site Manager previously would be advantageous
