Senior Technical Manager

I am currently representing a Top residential company who are seeking to recruit a Senior Technical Manager to be based on project in Dagenham, Essex. My client specializes in residential construction projects, turning over in excess of £600 million and opting to build quality over quantity.

The Position:

Reporting directly into the Technical Director, you will be required to Provide architectural support and technical guidance for site-based operations. Organise and control design development in accordance with Construction programmes. You will also drive liaison with local and statutory authorities, ensuring progress is maintained. You will also progress the discharge of all planning conditions, liaise and coordinate with Design consultants and coordinate drawing issues.

The Project – Mixed-Use Development - £220M

This residentially led development is multi-phasal, the first 935 homes out of the 3,502 Unit development set to begin on site. This regeneration will see a new secondary school, an urban park, shops and restaurants and bus, cycling and walking routes developed. This regeneration will ensure a vibrant new place that’s connected with neighbouring communities with a strong focus on sustainability.
