Our client work across many sectors including Commercial, Leisure, Hospitality, Healthcare, Education and Residential to name a few with project values up to £200m.
The Scheme is a £25m Education facility close to Kingston Upon Thames. The new building will include classrooms, group rooms and teaching spaces. A sports hall will also be built at the school, available to locals outside of school hours, along with an artificial grass pitch and games areas.
My client are looking for a Site Manager to work underneath a Project Manager with responsibility for safety, sub contractor management and ensuring the project is built on time and to budget.
