AC Engineer

At Invision Recruitment, we are currently working alongside a longstanding, key client of ours who are actively on the look for a day shift AC Engineer to join their growing commercial contract in the City of London.

The Contract:

The contract in question is a large congregation of office buildings in zones 1-2, you will be undertaking planned and reactive maintenance on just north of 10 buildings with a total of 60 high end offices.

Responsibilities:

• Undertake AC Service & Maintenance works on VRV/Split systems.
• Work on high-end commercial & residential projects in Central London.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with project teams to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Qualified and experienced mechanical tradesman
• Proficient in AC installations, Service & Maintenance works on VRV/Split systems.
• Possess NVQ certs in a HVAC/Mechanical discipline.
• Previous experience with high-end commercial contracts preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
