Meet The Team

I have over 17 years of experience in Construction recruitment, specialising in Tier 1, senior management, specialist, and directorship placements. After working for a large national recruitment company, my good friend (now business partner) and I co-founded Invision, which has been the best thing we’ve ever done! Outside of work, I enjoy playing golf terribly and exploring new destinations in Asia.

I started my recruitment career in 2005 and have always worked within the Construction Recruitment Industry, building long-lasting relationships with top professionals and talent. These connections laid the foundation for Invision Recruitment, established over 12 years ago with my childhood friend and business partner, Steve. My enthusiasm for recruitment remains strong, but I also find time to relax. I enjoy spending time with my young family, playing football occasionally, and fitting in the odd round of golf.

As the Associate Director at Invision Recruitment Ltd, I have over ten years of experience in construction recruitment. I excel in connecting talented professionals with top market opportunities, delivering exceptional service to clients and candidates alike. I also oversee the business's operational and strategic development – including mentoring/coaching our team of consultants.

I've been with Invision Recruitment for 13 years, progressing from Trainee Consultant to Associate Director. I partner with leading contractors, providing top candidates in Production, Commercial, Engineering Services, and Design sectors with strong experience in Industrial/Logistics, Data Centres and the Tier 1 Contracting Market for major projects across the UK and Mainland Europe. I also oversee the business's operational and strategic development alongside Luke Smith – including mentoring/coaching our team of consultants. Outside of work I enjoy watching live football, mastering the use of my DJ Controller, exploring new restaurants across the capital and coaching my sons u6 football team. 

I began my recruitment career with Invision in 2021 and work across our key accounts in the main contracting arena. My role is ensuring strong relationships are maintained and our clients receive a gold standard service. I cover Production, Commercial, Design and Support roles. Outside of work I am an avid Arsenal supporter and am eagerly awaiting a season ticket. 

I am a specialist recruiter within the Fire Protection sector at Invision Recruitment. I enjoy building rapport with candidates and clients within the industry and feel like a professional service doesn’t have to lack some good humour and a friendly approach.
