Project Quantity Surveyor - Tier 1 MEP Contractor

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading national building services contractor who are recruiting for a Project QS to work underneath a Senior QS on an exciting project in Canary Wharf, London. 

The Project:

£100m Life Sciences scheme with an MEP Value of £20m, 8 storey building. 

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

You will play a key role, maintaining full compliance with legal, company, and contractual requirements. You will manage project risks, opportunities, contract terms, and change events to protect commercial interests.

You will work closely with operational teams to monitor progress, prepare and submit applications for payment, substantiate variations, and manage subcontract accounts through to final settlement. You will provide accurate internal reporting, maintain all essential project documentation, and assist in negotiating and agreeing the final account with the client.
