Senior Design Manager - Residential High Rise

My client is a leading Main Contractor recognised for delivering complex large-scale projects across residential, commercial and mixed-use sectors. Their Midlands team is continuing to expand, with several high-rise schemes moving into delivery.
The Role
They are seeking an experienced Senior Design Manager to oversee design coordination on major high-rise projects valued between £45 million - £70million. The role will involve managing consultants, technical information flow, design workshops and ensuring buildability, compliance and programme alignment throughout pre-construction and delivery phases.
The Person
Ideal candidates will have strong design management experience within a main contracting environment, particularly on multi-storey or complex structures. You’ll be confident leading design processes, coordinating multiple stakeholders and supporting project teams from concept through to completion.
