Senior Quantity Surveyor - Industrial

My client is a leading Main Contractor with a strong national reputation for delivering major schemes across industrial, commercial, residential and infrastructure sectors. Their Bristol operation continues to grow, with a healthy pipeline secured for 2025/26.
The Role
They are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to oversee commercial duties on a large industrial unit valued at £18 Million, fast-paced project within the region. The position will involve managing subcontract packages, cost forecasting, reporting, procurement and supporting wider project delivery teams.
The Person
You’ll have solid main contracting experience at Senior QS level, confident taking ownership of commercial responsibilities on medium to large schemes. Strong communication skills, client-facing ability and a proactive approach to problem solving are key.
