Trainee/Assistant Quantity Surveyor - Fire Protection
Job details
My client is a market leading passive fire protection contractor, delivering large-scale fireproofing packages across residential, commercial, education sectors. Typical package values range from £5m–£20m.
The Role
Due to an increase in workload, my client are looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. The successful candidate will be working within their Major Projects division on assisting valued up to £6m. The ideal candidate would be based in London or Home Counties due to their head office and workload being based within London.
The successful applicant will work closely with senior members of the team and gai further exposure to passive fire protection packages. They will be responsible for inspecting all firestopping and passive fire protection installations to ensure they meet standards, manufacturer specifications, regulatory compliance and assist with cost planning.
