Quantity Surveyor - Fire Protection
Job details
My client is a market leading passive fire protection contractor, delivering large-scale fireproofing packages across residential, commercial, education sectors. Typical package values range from £5m–£20m.
The Role
Due to an increase in workload, my client are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. The successful candidate will be working within their Major Projects division on packages valued up to £6m. The ideal candidate would be based in London or Home Counties due to their head office and workload being based within London.
The successful applicant will have strong experience across firestopping and compartmentation packages and will be utilising this knowledge and experience in their new role. Their responsibilities would consist of cost planning, preparing accurate take-offs and tender pricing, monitoring budgets, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within financial constraints.
