Project Manager - Industrial Main Contractor
Job details
My client is a £100m Turnover Main Contractor specialising in Industrial & Logistics, typical project values are between £5m-£20m.
The Role
Due to an influx of new projects starting in Q1 2026, my client are looking for an established Senior Site Manager who wants to step into a Project Management role. They ideally want a candidate Midlands based due to primary work area being between Coventry and Nottingham.
The person is most likely to be running a scheme valued between £5m-£10m as a stand alone PM, reporting into a visiting Ops Manager. Client facing role with programme, design and commercial strategies being managed in conjunction with other departments.
