My client is a £100m Turnover Main Contractor specialising in Industrial & Logistics, typical project values are between £5m-£25m.
The Role
Due to an influx of new projects starting in Q1 2026, my client are looking for an established stand alone PM to run a £20m Multi Unit Industrial scheme in North Hertfordshire. Client facing role with programme, design and commercial strategies being managed in conjunction with other departments.
