A leading high specification residential developer, renowned for luxury projects across London, is seeking a meticulous and highly organized Document Controller to join their dynamic team in Uxbridge. The company is known for its commitment to excellence and attention to detail, setting them apart in the industry.
The Document Controller will play a crucial role in managing and organizing documentation processes, ensuring all project-related documents are accurately maintained and easily accessible. The successful candidate will utilize the Docuhosting platform to streamline document management and support project teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain project documentation using the Docuhosting platform.
- Ensure all documents are accurately filed, easily accessible, and regularly updated.
- Control the distribution of documents, ensuring timely delivery to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain document templates, ensuring consistency and compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless document management.
- Monitor and report on document control activities, providing regular updates to the management team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Document Controller, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.
- Proficiency with Docuhosting or similar document management platforms.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with document control standards and best practices.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
