Senior Design Manager
Job details
I am currently representing a Top Main Contractor who are seeking to recruit a Senior Design Manager to be based on a project in London. My client works within an array of sectors including but not limited to: Commercial, Residential, Retail, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Industrial, Leisure and Education. They turnover over £1.Bn and opt to build quality over quantity.
The Position:
(Freelance or Permanent)
Reporting directly into the Regional Design Manager, you will be required to Provide architectural support and technical guidance for site-based operations. Organise and control design development in accordance with Construction programmes. You will also drive liaison with local and statutory authorities, ensuring progress is maintained. You will also progress the discharge of all planning conditions, liaise and coordinate with Design consultants and coordinate drawing issues.
