Senior Technical Manager

I am currently representing a Top residential company who are seeking to recruit a Senior Technical Manager to be based on and lead a project in Kent. My client specializes in residential construction projects, turning over in excess of £600 million and opting to build quality over quantity.
The Position:
Reporting directly into the Technical Director, you will be required to Provide architectural support and technical guidance for site-based operations. Organise and control design development in accordance with Construction programmes. You will also drive liaison with local and statutory authorities, ensuring progress is maintained. You will also progress the discharge of all planning conditions, liaise and coordinate with Design consultants and coordinate drawing issues.
The Project – Residential RC Frame & Traditional Build
This residential development will consist of construction of over 80 units of both Traditional Build and RC Frame. The site will also consist of amenities and associated landscaping.
