Technical Coordinator Opportunity – Oxford - £65,000 + Package + Bonus
I am currently representing a Top Construction company who are seeking to recruit a Technical Coordinator to be based on projects in Oxford. My client is currently one of the biggest residential Construction companies in the country, turning over in excess of £900 million and opting to build quality over quantity.
The Position
Reporting into the Technical Lead on project, you will be required to manage the design process in order to develop a design compliant with all contract requirements and in the most cost-effective way, management of all Design Trade Packages, organise and control Design Development and report current position against the Design Programme.
