Technical Lead – Berkshire / Oxfordshire - £80,000 + Package + Bonus
I am currently representing a Top Construction company who are seeking to recruit a Senior Technical Coordinator to be based on a new project. My client is currently one of the biggest residential Construction companies in the country, turning over in excess of £900 million and opting to build quality over quantity.
The Position
Responsible for the control of the Technical role on a project/projects on time, to budget, to agreed quality standards, safely, by motivating teams, and performing to the highest level. Responsible for adhering to and engaging with the quality management system and other company procedures at all times. Management of the technical role on various sized projects. May be responsible for several projects at the same time dependent on size and progress of each scheme.
Project – Traditional Build – 200+ Units
This is a high specification scheme consisting of over 200 traditional build brick and block homes.
The scheme will consist of three, four- and five-bedroom houses as well as one-and two-bedroom apartments within three storey traditional build low-rise apartment buildings.
