Invision Recruitment are collaborating with a leading construction company with a rich history dating back to 90's, specialising in Main Contracting. With over 500 skilled trade operatives and a dedicated in-house design team, they're committed to delivering excellence across all their projects. Currently, they turnover circa £60 million annually, with a portfolio encompassing projects valued from £30 million to over £100 million across London.
They're embarking on an exciting £120 million project based in Trafalgar Square, involving the transformation of a Grade I listed building into a hotel. As they undertake this historic endeavour, they're seeking an experienced Intermediate Quantity Surveyor, Fit-Out focused, to oversee the project's commercial aspects from pre-planning to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the commercial aspects of the project, leveraging extensive Fit-Out experience.
- Manage the project lifecycle from inception to handover, ensuring adherence to the highest standards.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, project managers, and their dedicated team to optimise project performance.
- Conduct thorough cost analysis and budget management, identifying opportunities for efficiency and cost savings.
- Facilitate negotiations, contract management, and dispute resolution to uphold project integrity and timelines
