Customer Care Operative Required – Reading to Rickmansworth - Up To £40,000 + Company Van & Tools + Bonus + Full Benefits Package + Top Residential Construction Company
Invision are currently representing a leading Construction company who are recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Operative to cover sites in Reading to Rickmansworth. This is to carry out warranty repairs on new build properties.
Key Duties:
- Liaising directly with the aftercare / customer service teams in relation to defects that require immediate repairs and response.
- Experienced in repairing defects, which includes (but not limited to): carpentry work, doors, kitchens, plumbing and pipework, wall and floor tiling and all concrete repair work and minor roof repairs
- Carrying out repairs of defects within occupied buildings and live environments.
- Liaising with the Customer service teams, updating them on progress of works carried out.
- Carrying out repairs of defective work with the high possible regards to health and safety, ensuring compliance to health and safety at all times.
- Ensure works are completed as soon as possible on the first visit, if this is not possible then liaise with the customer service teams in order to draft in a specialist if required.
- Communicating with client representatives in a polite and professional manner.
- Upholding the image of the company maintaining a professional and smart appearance at all times.
- Occasionally supervising others to carry out works, inspecting the quality of work being carried out, adhering to health and safety procedures.
- Time management, organizing days accordingly in order to get the most possible work done within the working day which includes overtime as and when required
