Trainee Buyer Required –Stevenage – Construction Contractor – Up to £23k + Package
I am currently representing a Top Construction company who are seeking to recruit a Trainee Buyer, to be office based near Stevenage.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is looking to get their career started in Construction. You will be given training by a Senior member of the team and be offered the opportunity to progress into a Buyer.
The Position
To assist the Intermediate buyer overseeing 6 large projects across London and Northern Home Counties.
Duties:
- Negotiating price, tender analysis and preparing the tender pack.
- Participate in the implementation of the Materials procurement strategy and develop the regional supply chain to suit the business demand.
- Providing market competitive and innovative procurement solutions for the trade which demonstrate best overall value for money.
