• Cost Estimation and Budget Oversight: Precision in developing accurate cost estimates and vigilance in overseeing project budgets to ensure financial success.
• Procurement and Contract Negotiation: Spearhead procurement processes, meticulously select contractors, and negotiate contracts for optimal project outcomes.
• Project Documentation and Financial Reporting: Maintain meticulous project records and provide regular, transparent financial updates to ensure project health.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks related to cost, contracts, and procurement, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
• Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Foster seamless collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication on project progress.
• JCT Design and Build Knowledge: Apply in-depth knowledge of JCT Design and Build principles to enhance project efficiency and compliance.
