My client is a £50m Turnover Main Contractor specialising in heritage, restoration and refurbishment, typical project values are between £1m-£15m.
The Role
Our client has a strong pipeline of projects for Q1 2026 and are seeking an established Assistant Site Manager seeking to take the next step in their career. The projects in question will be situated throughout central London and North London respectively.
As Assistant Site Manager, you will support the Site Manager in overseeing day-to-day construction activities, helping ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards. The role will involve coordinating subcontractors, assisting with site inspections, maintaining documentation, and helping to enforce health and safety requirements. The role also involves monitoring progress, resolving minor on-site issues, and providing general support to keep operations running smoothly.
