Quantity Surveyor - Tier 1 Main Contractor
Job details
My client is a major Tier 1 Main Contractor operating across the Northern Home Counties, delivering a wide range of projects along the A1 corridor. With a strong pipeline secured across education, healthcare, commercial and mixed-use sectors, the business is continuing to expand its regional operations.
The Role
They are looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support project delivery across a variety of live schemes valued circa £70 million. The role will cover typical commercial duties including subcontract management, cost control and client liaison.
The Person
We’re seeking someone with solid main contracting experience who is confident handling procurement, reporting, valuations and commercial administration. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with project teams are essential.
