Senior Quantity Surveyor - Tier 1 Main Contractor

Our client is a leading Tier 1 Contractor and are seeking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work for their London division based near Kings Cross.
The Role
Senior QS typically has experience of working on projects in excess of £25m as a Commercial Lead. You will provide commercial expertise to aid with the delivery of the contracted work by taking the commercial lead in a geographical focused team. You will provide accurate and timely commercial reports and advice to the management team whilst ensuring the contract achieves the appropriate commercial targets.
You should have experience of working on both JCT/NEC Contracts (2 stage tender) is beneficial and you will be expected to manage a team of surveyors on your allocated project. My client work across sectors including Mixed Use, Education, Healthcare, Commercial, Residential etc.
The Package
Base Salary up to £90k+ Car Allowance + Travel, Pension, Healthcare, Bonus Scheme and more
