Project Quantity Surveyor - Tier 1 Main Contractor
Job details
Our client is a leading Tier 1 Contractor and are seeking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to work for their London division based near Kings Cross.
The Role
You will provide commercial expertise to aid with the delivery of the contracted work by taking the commercial lead in a geographical focused team. You will provide accurate and timely commercial reports and advice to the management team whilst ensuring the contract achieves the appropriate commercial targets.
You should have experience of working on both JCT/NEC Contracts, (2 stage tender). My client work across sectors including Mixed Use, Education, Healthcare, Commercial, Residential etc.
The Package
Base Salary up to £65k+ Car Allowance + Travel, Pension, Healthcare, Bonus Scheme and more
