Our client is a £50m Turnover Main Contractor specialising in design and build as well as refurbishment across the Education space, typical project values are between £500k - £10m.
The Role
Our client has a strong pipeline of projects throughout 2026 and are seeking an established Project Manager to join their team. The projects in question will be situated throughout London and the northern home counties.
As Project Manager you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of building projects from start to finish. The role will involve managing budgets, schedules, contractors, and resources to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within cost. The role involves communicating with clients and stakeholders, resolving site issues, enforcing quality and safety standards, and leading the project team to deliver successful construction outcomes.
