Site Manager - £75m Turnover Contractor

Our client is a £75m Turnover Main Contractor specialising in refurbishment and fit-out within across the retail sector, typical project values are between £200k - £5m.
The Role
Our client has a strong pipeline of projects for Q1/Q2 2026 and are seeking an established Site Manager to join their team, operating across multiple sites nationally. The majority of the projects currently in the pipeline will be situated throughout London and the South-East.
As Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on a construction site, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards. The role will involve coordinating subcontractors, managing site resources, solving on-site issues, and enforcing health and safety regulations. The role also involves monitoring progress against plans, maintaining site documentation, and communicating with project managers and stakeholders to keep the project moving smoothly.
