Project Commercial Manager - New Build Healthcare - Tier 1 Contractor
Invision Recruitment are currently representing one of the UK's finest Tier 1 Contractors who work across the Healthcare, Residential, Commercial, Leisure and Data sectors.
My client have secured a New Build Mixed Use Development valued at circa £80m in Central London. The role would report directly into a Business Unit Commercial Director and will be responsible for commercially leading the project, management of a team, stakeholder management and ensuring that the project is a commercial success.
Requirements
- Established Commercial Leader with project experience in excess of £50m as a commercial lead
- Strong background with Tier 1 Contractors
- Strong understanding of JCT Design and Build Contracts / NEC Experience would be advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent understanding of modern build techniques
- Strong experience of managing stakeholders and demanding clients
