Senior Project Manager - New Build Industrial - Tier 1 Contractor
Invision Recruitment are currently representing a major, cash rich, Tier 1 Contractor who have recently set up a new contracting arm which will be focusing on Data Centres, Car Parks, Commercial and the Industrial/Logistics sector. My client is a new player in the contracting arena and have secured some of the industries most reputable construction leaders to set up this new division.
My client have secured an £18m New Build Industrial Scheme in the Bristol area with possibility of future phases in addition. My Client are looking to recruit a No1 Senior Project Manager to lead the scheme from inception to completion,
Requirements
- Previous related project history within a contracting environment
- Excellent understanding of modern build techniques and MEP packages
- Established project lead with Strong experience of managing stakeholders and demanding clients
