Quantity Surveyor - Tier 1 Contractor - London
I am currently representing a Tier 1 Main Contractor who are seeking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to work for their London region based from their office near Kings Cross.
The Role
My client undertakes general contracting projects throughout several sectors including Education, Residential, commercial, mixed-use, Life Sciences and government buildings. My client have secured agreements on some of the countries most respected framework projects. Projects typically range from £10m-£100m.
You will play a key role on a £30m New Build Education scheme in South London and report directly into a Senior Surveyor.

My client are willing to offer a package including a basic salary negotiable £55k- £65,000 + Car allowance, Pension, Healthcare, Life Assurance etc
