Voids Surveyor
Job details
Invision Recruitment are currently working with an Award-Winning Main Contractor working across New Build, Decent Homes & Infrastructure. As the company is continuing to grow they are hiring for a Voids Disrepair Surveyor to work across general repairs, voids, damp & mould and some disrepair.
You will be split between office (Hungerford) and site (Oxford to Dorset) reporting into a Commercial Manager with works being valued anywhere between £750K and £60K across Major Voids & Kitchen & Bathrooms.
Key Duties:
- Provide technical assessments, evaluations, cost analyses, and estimates for various repair areas such as general repairs, voids, disrepair, and inspections related to damp and mould.
- Conduct surveys, draft schedules, and update contract specifications as necessary to reflect changes or improvements to the existing repair services.
- Identify, report, and address potential risks associated with the repair service, which may involve reviewing Fire Risk Assessments, Lifts, LGSR's, Electrical TI's, ACM's.
- Regularly inspect work quality according to established standards
Requirements?
- Post Graduate or Social Housing Experience
- Client Facing
- Willing to travel (Oxford to Dorset)
- Full UK Driving License
